Document Description
GBD Communities is requesting the County's approval of a General Plan/Community Plan Amendment (Granite Bay Community Plan), Rezone, Conditional Use Permit, and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to develop 108 residential housing units, associated infrastructure, and recreational facilities within a 245.2 acre site currently designated in the General Plan as Rural Estate 4.6 to 20 acre minimum parcel sizes. Approximately 50% of the project site would be preserved as open space areas.
