Document Description
Well #7. The proposed project includes a new municipal well site with water treatment for the initial system (1-1,000 gallons per minute [gpm] well), which will be roughly 220 feet by 660 feet, constructed to drinking water standards, and will have the following equipment. Well pump (10 by 10); Chemical building (20 by 40); Filter System (12 by 36); Backwash tank (30 diameter); Dewatering unit (12 by 24); Drying beds (20 by 40); Retention basin (100 by 100). Once construction is completed, the new well will operate 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Furthermore, a backup generator will provide power in the event of an emergency.
