The project will replace the District's existing 10-inch welded steel pipeline crossing the Main Street Bridge in Half Moon Bay with new pipeline installed as follows: 1) 220 ft of 16-in ductile iron pipeline from existing 16-in pipeline in Main Street, along north side of Pilarcitos Creek; 2) 420 ft of 16-in (inner diameter) high-density polyethylene pipe under Pilarcitos Creek installed by horizontal directional drilling; 3) 470 ft of 16-in ductile iron pipeline from the cul-de-sac at the north end of Purissima St, south along Purissima St, then west on Mill St to Main St, connecting to the existing 16-in pipeline in Main St.
