Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0054-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Trimont Land Company.
The proposed project will reconfigure the existing storm water system to provide long-term treatment of storm water runoff through incorporation of a permanent, below-ground treatment system and overflow channel. The new proposed treatment system will be located below the existing parking lot and discharge through a new storm drain pipe to the West Fork of West Martis Creek.
