Document Description
The proposed project includes two separate structures: a two story medical office building for the COE and a three story parking garage. Both will be constructed on the eastern edge of the existing hospital campus. The COE will be constructed in an undeveloped portion of the site at the northeast corner, south of an existing storm water infiltration basin which will be modified to accommodate the new building. The proposed parking garage will contain three sloping parking levels with driveway isles and 316 parking spaces, and will be constructed south of the COE building. The garage will be 116,514 sf in total size and will be located over an existing surface parking lot. The parking garage will replace 113 existing surface parking spaces for a net increase of 203 spaces. An additional 36 surface parking spaces will also be developed on the property in the area between the COE building and the main hospital building for a total increase of 239 parking spaces.
