The applicant has requested a use permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility consisting of a 106-foot-tall lattice-type structure with the appearance of a water tower containing 12 antennas and 2 microwave dishes, a 11.5-foot by 16.9-foot equipment shelter, one 30 kW standby diesel generator with a 132 gallon fuel tank; all of which would be enclosed by a 6-foot tall chain-link fence. The proposed improvements would be located within a 33-foot by 45-foot lease area on an 80.7-acre property. Access to the site would be from Zogg Mine Road through a proposed 417 foot-long driveway to be constructed on the property.
