The Water Agency owns, operates and maintains a 48-inch underground water supply pipeline that crosses the Russian River in Sonoma County that supplies essential water service to 600,000 residents and businesses within the Water Agency's service area. This project is to reduce potential adverse effects to the Water Agency's service area resulting from strong ground shaking in the soil at or below the evaluation of the pipeline.
