The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Major Amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0064-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the County of San Mateo, Planned Development Unit. The major amendment for the project includes the removal of an in-channel concrete wall that obstructs creek flows and the replacement of an existing 48-inch diameter concrete culvert with a ten-ft wide D-shaped aluminum culvert with a roughened channel bed, and channel restoration at the culvert inlet and outlet.
