Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a 59'6" tall, 5-level parking and office structure on 66,000 sf portion of an existing surface parking lot at the University of La Verne. The structure would include 950 parking spaces and approximately 1,900 sf of office space on the ground floor for the Campus Safety and Transportation Department. The structure would be supported on pile foundations. A solar panel array would be installed along the middle of the top floor of the structure. An access roadway north of the parking structure would facilitate entry to and from the parking structure.
