Document Description
The proposed project would expand the capacity of the Ray Stoyer Water Recycling Facility (WRF) from 2 MGD to 6 MGD. The capacity would be increased by installing additional conventional treatment facilities, converting biological basins to nitrogen removal only, upgrading motors at the influent pump station, and installing a 2.2 MGD Advanced Water Treatment Plant (AWTP). The proposed expansion of the WRF facility would require the construction of new equipment and facilities, including a headworks facility, primary clarifiers, secondary clarifiers, an equalization basin, filters, and modification of the existing biological basins to perform nitrification and denitrification. A 20-inch pipeline would be installed from the WRF to the AWTP.
