Document Description
The proposed project is for a Coastal Development Permit (CDP) that would allow installation and operation of five new refrigerated racks with an additional 94 outdoor electrical outlets at Dole's existing leasehold on the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT) in San Diego, CA. The additional 94 outlets would increase the number of outlets on site from 669 to 763. The racks would be stacked four containers high and between five and six containers wide. These improvements would enable Dole to achieve greater container loads on larger vessels and would allow for more efficient onsite storage and operations.
