CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0260-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Riverside Transportation Commission. The I-15 Express Lanes Geotech Project includes the creation of temporary access paths within the Santa Ana River to facilitate geotechnical surveys associated with the I-15 Express Lanes Project and to implement wildlife-related avoidance with minimization measures.
