Document Description
The subject project is a collaboration of three major water agencies within San Bernardino and Riverside counties; Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA), Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD), and Western Municipal Water District. This project will deliver 6,000 AFY of recycled water for recharge of depleting groundwater basins and provide a direct use irrigation source for multiple public lands (e.g. parks, schools, streetscapes, etc.) that currently use potable water. Further, the project will provide additional non-potable water for private agricultural enterprises throughout the region. Specifically, the project entails the planning, design, and construction of the following: 750 HP booster station at the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority's Treatment Plant, 31,600 LF of 24" DIA, transmission pipeline, an "in-line" 750 HP booster station, 47,800 LF of 18" DIA, and 12" DIA, distribution pipeline system, and pressure reducing stations.
