Addendum No. 4 is proposing to obtain financial assistance for the approved project through the Local Resources Program (LRP) administered by The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan). The LRP provides financial incentives to public and private water agencies to encourage local development of water recycling, groundwater recovery and seawater desalination. No other revisions to the Original Project are proposed.
