The proposed project involves the modernization of the existing Grant K-8 School campus and would be implemented in four phases over a span of approximately 20 years. It would include construction of new kindergarten, elementary, and middle school classrooms, new athletic and administration facilities, as well as various other improvements. The proposed project would replace existing classrooms with new modernization classrooms and would not result in a net change in the number of classrooms.
