There will be 5 parking spaces per dwelling unit. The applicant is also requesting a Haul Route to export approx. 2,356 cubic yards of earth material. The project is zoned RE11 & is designated as Very Low II Residential in the Brentwood-Pacific Palisades Community Plan.
