Document Description
2166-2172 North Stanley Hills Drive. Renovations and additions to two existing homes located on hillside properties. One home, located at 2172 N Stanley Hills Drive, is an existing two-story 845 sf single-family dwelling with garage that would be renovated to approximately 2,600 sf in size, including two floors, a basement, a replacement garage, porch, and a deck. The height of the renovated home would be 32 feet, 11 inches. The second home, located at 2170 N Stanley Hills Drive, is an existing two story 864 sf single-family dwelling to be renovated to approximately 1,534 sf in size, including two floors, a garage, and a porch. The height of the renovated home would be 25 feet, 10 inches. The new 371 sf garage is proposed to the south of the home. A retaining wall would be constructed east of the new garage that would provide stability to the slope onsite. A new 60-foot long driveway would connect the new garage to Stanley Hill Drive. The project seeks relief from requirements to dedicated and widen the roadway adjacent to the property, as well as from requirements to improve the roadway from the driveway apron to the edge of the hillside boundary.
