Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a four-story, 416-bed, approximate 125,000 sf student housing facility, and an approximate 50,000 sf dining facility at the existing San Bernardino Campus located in the north portion of the City of San Bernardino. Development of the student housing project was reviewed as part of the 1999 Program EIR prepared for the Campus 20,000 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Master Plan Project (Campus Master Plan). The student housing and Dining Commons are identified as #44 on the approved Campus Master Plan map, and their proposed relocation is within Parking Lot E.
