Document Description
This Initial Study / MND evaluate the potential environmental impacts anticipated to result from implementation and construction of Tentative and Final Tract Map No. 250 that is proposed by Bob Kingston. The proposed project would include removal of the existing Bishop Nursery and associated improvements and construction of 15 graded sites to accommodate single family dwellings, construction of a main access roadway, drainage improvements, and extension of utilities to serve the individual parcels. Proposed parcels would generally be rectangular in shape and would range in size between 5,104 sf to 8,232 sf.
