Document Description
The project will consist of a new 3-story building that will have a total floor area of 133,512 sf. Each of the three floors will have a total floor area of 44,504 sf. The office and lobby area will be located on the first floor along the west-facing elevation. Vehicular access will be provided along the north side of Lambert Road. An internal roadway will be located around the proposed building. In addition, the proposed project will include the installation of 25 parking stalls. The parking stalls will be provided along the new building's west and south elevations. Finally, landscape areas will consist of 23,080 sf and will include new parkway landscaping along Lambert Road, internal landscaping, and a large landscaped area in the northern portion of the site that will be used for storm water retention.
