Document Description
Construction of a 149,040 sf warehouse/manufacturing building, including 12,504 sf of office uses. The warehouse will have 23 vertical -lift dock doors for the loading and unloading of products. A drive through door would be located at each end of the docking area. A parking would be provided on the site, including 132 automobile spaces and 30 truck trailer spaces. The tenants of the facility have not been identified. The facility is assumed to be operational seven days per week, 24 hrs per day. Sound walls would be provided. The following approvals are associated with the project: Initial study/MND; General plan amendment; Variance; Site plan.
