Project consists of expanding the Carson Regional Water Recycling Facility to meet additional recycled water demand from the Tesoro Carson Refinery in Carson, including construction of an additional 2,779 acre feet per to microfiltration treatment capacity, installation of one new 500 kW stand-by generator, and an additional 2,239 AFY membrane bioreactor nitrification system.
