Document Description
The Project involves demolition of two industrial buildings (approximately 51,936 gsf) and construction of a two-story commercial office building with a ground floor parking level containing 276 parking spaces and an approximately 80,517 gsf second floor office level. The proposed two-story commercial office building would be a maximum of 55 feet in height, and would include a ground floor parking level, a second floor office level, and an open deck. The project also proposes a Lot Line Adjustment to merge three parcels: APN 4138-009-001 Lots 6 and 7; and APN 4138-009-900 Lot 8.
