Document Description
The project proposes to construct a new mixed-use development. The proposed development would include commercial office space, high turnover restaurant, quality restaurant, retail space, 25 multi-family residential units, and two floors of underground parking totaling 366 spaces. The proposed project's floor area ratio would be 1.12 not counting the proposed subterranean parking garage. The existing buildings on the site would be demolished to make way for the proposed development.
