The proposed project is the construction of a new mixed use development. The proposed development would include commercial office space, retail and restaurant space, 31 multi-family residential units, and two floors of underground parking. Vehicle access to the project site would be provided via one full movement driveway from Dahlia Drive. Existing structures on site would be demolished.
