Document Description
The proposed project consists of developing a 1.27-acre surface parking lot owned by the SPUSD with a three-story, 85,775-sf mixed-use project comprising two new buildings. In total, the project proposes 91 multi-family residential units (8 two-bedroom units and 83 one-bedroom units), 7,000 sf of ground-floor commercial space fronting Mission Street, and 228 parking spaces in three levels of underground parking. Vehicular access would be provided via two full-access driveways into the proposed three-level subterranean parking garage: a resident parking driveway on Diamond Avenue and a commercial and District parking driveway on Fairview Avenue.
