The project consists of a revision to the Sources of Drinking Water Policy to establish a site-specific exception for groundwater beneath portions of the RMKM Site (Policy revision), insofar as the State Water Board finds the groundwater at the Site is not a "source of drinking water" and will allow the Central Valley Water Board to regulate the closure of the RMKM Site accordingly.
