Document Description
The project is limited to routine maintenance activities to maintain water transport capacity in the Bayfront Canal. Activities include utilizing hand tools or mechanized equipment for removal of trash, debris, non-living vegetation (e.g. leaves, uprooted cattails) and living cattail marsh vegetation in the channel that could inhibit flow within the canal; and removal of invasive, non-native vegetation within the canal and on the banks of the canal. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0039-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
