Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board is enrolling the project applicant, City of San Diego, in the Amended Order for Clean Water Act Section 401 General Water Quality Certification for Small Habitt Restoration Projects SB12006GN, (Project No. R9-2015-0092). The applicant proposes to remove invasive species, remove existing gunnite slope protection, lay back the creek bank to widen the creek on the east side of the channel, and plant the creek bank and a 20-foot buffer area with native riparian species. Exising rock rip-rap at the culvert outlet and cobble will be removed and replaced and new rock rip-rap will be placed for slope stabilization outside the jurisdictional boundary where the creek enters the bridge under Wightman Street.
