Document Description
The project consists of removal and replacement of the existing concrete paving to correct cracking concrete and minimize surface water intrusion. Replace horizontal rolling metal gates at the covered parking stalls on the north side of the facility with overhead doors and support structures. Repair building exterior finish damaged by water intrusion at the northeast corner of the building.
