Document Description
The proposed project consists of dividing an existing 15,000 square foot residentially zoned parcel into two 7,500 square foot parcels. Each lot as proposed will be 150 feet in depth. Parcel 1 is proposed with a street frontage width of 40 feet (requiring approval of a modification to the subdivision standard) and Parcel 2 is proposed with a 60-foot frontage. The applicatnt is proposing to remove the exisitng units and improvements for development with new single family homes.
