The proposed project consists of a short term extension (one year) of an existing office lease within an existing building located at 1465 Victor Avenue, Redding, CA, 96003. This action is required due to an increase in rent for the office space. The office is located within the fully developed North Victor Business Park. No exterior or interior renovations will be necessary as the space is currently being leased and is used by CAL FIRE staff. The North Victor Business Park is surrounded by similar office uses to the north, south and west. Residential development is located on the eastern boundary.
