Thence Middle Fork Eel River in Mendocino County Project involves on encroachment; remove a failing double-culvert crossing and replacing with a single 3.75 ft. tall, 5.54 ft. wide and minimum 20 ft. long "hump back" culvert on a private driveway off of Dobie Lane near Covelo. Four non-native plum trees will be removed and possible one small oak tree. Work will be conducted when the affected stream section is dry.
