A drill rig will be used to create vertical bore holes about 50 feet deep. Prior to drilling, a hand auger device will be used to ensure no utilities are present. The borings will be grouted and spoils from drilling will be appropriately disposed of off-site. CA State Water Project contractors will benefit.
