Document Description
The proposed project consists of the covering of a natural gas transmission pipeline that has become exposed by channel bottom erosion. An expected 2,240 sq. ft. of articulating concrete revetment mats will be placed over the exposed section. To stabilize the channel and prevent future erosion within the GAs Company Right-of-Way, the east and west banks of the dry wash will be protected with Longitudinal Peaked Stone Toe Protection. This exemption will be a criterion for CWA Section 401 Certification. The purpose of the action is to improve safety and commerce. The beneficiaries of the project are the public through this public safety measure.
