Document Description
Federal regulations per the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administrative require the Applicant conduct a verification dig to inspect the location of pipeline within five days of identification of a potential leak. The Project area was identified on Thursday, June 11, 2015. Project scope is to excavate a segment of pipeline by digging a trench nine feet deep in an ephemeral wash, inspect, repair if necessary (sandblast, recoat, or other repairs), and backfill the trench.
