Cont.: Categorical Exemption-Sec. 15301,15307,15308 On April 1, 2015, the Governor issued an executive order continuing the State of Emergency and concluded that the suspension of CEQA under the January 17, 2014 Proclamation is to remain in effect until May 31, 2016. Accordingly, CEQA is suspended to the extent that it would otherwise apply to the Temporary Urgency Change Petition and subsequent modifications thereto.
