Document Description
This is the installation of a sidewalk on the inboard side of steep Hetzler Road that leads up to the Visitor Center. Many people walk this road for the cardio workout and walk on the road because there is no sidewalk. This is a safety issue, so we're trying to get the walkers off the road.
