Document Description
The City of Carlsbad will make changes to the Ocean Street parking lot at Carlsbad State Beach. A pedestrian path will be added by removing the guardrail along the bluff and shafting the parking spaces 5' to the east. The existing handicap parking space will be widened to a van accessible 8' width. A second handicap parking space will be added. These changes will improve visitor services.
