Document Description
Project is limited to re-construction of an old wet crossing on a seasonal, unnamed tributary to Wilson Creek, which will involve grading the banks to the correct approach angle to allow for safe vehicle access to the streambed and importing 10-15 cubic yards of angular rock to be placed on the approach banks to minimize the import of sediment entering the channel. Larger boulders within the channel may be relocated to the downstream side of the crossing or removed from the lane of travel at the crossing location either by hand or an excavator with a thumb, but general bulldozing within the channel, as well as bringing imported gravel to the streambed, shall be avoided. The small grassy "island" may be graded to achieve safe vehicle access.
