Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Alleghany County Water District proposes to conduct hydrologic and geotechnical studies and investigations to provide alternative to the Alleghany County Water District for water system improvements. The project may include drilling of test holes for observation. It will also include environmental assessments and reports for CEQA and NEPA compliance. It will include development of a preferred alternative. The project will include a Site Survey for the preferred alternative, development of plans, Specifications, and bid package, and preparation of a Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plan, and a Watershed Survey.
