The proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit to Pier 32 Marina group, LLC., (Tenant) for their use of approx. 17,928 sq. ft. of land for the rental of dry trailered vessel storage spaces located west of Marina Way and 32nd Street in the City of National City. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used exclusively for the purpose of the rental of dry trailered vessel storage spaces to the public and no other purposes whatsoever without prior written consent of the Executive Director of the District.
