Document Description
Sonoma County Water Agency is requesting an amendment to the SWRCB Temporary Urgency Change Petition Order dated May 1, 2015. The Order made the following changes in the minimum instream flow requirements for the Russian River mainstem that are specified in SWRCB Decision 1610 and the Water Agency's water right permits for a period of 180 days from May 1, 2015 until October 27, 2015: 1) reduce the required minimum instream flow in the Russian River from the confluence of the East and West Forks to the river's confluence with Dry Creek from 185 cubic feet per second to 75 cubic feet per second from May 1 to October 27; and 2) reduce required minimum instream flow in the Russian River from its confluence with Dry Creek to the Pacific Ocean from 125 cfs to 85 cfs from May 1 to October 27.
