Document Description
The proposed project will construct an access road that will include the installation of a 27 feet long 48-inch pipe within the unnamed creek. Concrete headwalls will be installed at the upstream and downstream sections of the culvert. The proposed project will remove Himalayan blackberries present within the creek to abide a Cal Fire abatement order. Once the Himalayan blackberries are removed Permittee will plant native vegetation within the unnamed creek. The proposed project will also remove dead vegetation currently blocking the unnamed creek.
