Document Description
The objective of the planning project is to streamline permitting for a wide variety of OHV rec recreational events while ensuring compliance with NEPA and the Endangered Species Act. The planning project will set parameters to describe those events that amy be authorized through this analysis and Biological Opinion including types of event, number of participants for each event type, the types of vehicles, event locations, duration of envent, time of year, numbers of spectators, public safety considerations, and other factors.
