Document Description
Project consists of removing an old non-functioning fence and installing a new fence. Old metal bollards will be removed by heavy equipment. A large pile of illegally dumped needle and green waste will also be removed and the area will be re-vegetated and de-compacted. The project will also involve minor digging and new construction activities. The purpose is to clean up and restore the degraded area and to delineate the Conservancy parcel.
