Document Description
Project is limited to removing and excavating an existing approx. 100-foot long concrete block wall and replacing it with an approx. 80 foot long and 8-foot wide willow brush mattress. Planting will occur on the upper stream bank with native riparian vegetation. Approx. 1,000 sq. ft. on the lower and upper floodplain bench on the north bank will be enhanced. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0004-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
