Document Description
A declaration of drought emergency was made February 6, 2014. The drought continues and the need for an updated adoption of conservation actions is needed due to emergency regulations of the SWRCB and an executive order by the Governor. The Agency's Water Shortage Contingency Plan has been revised to comply with the emergency regulations/executive order and a resolution adopting Stage 2, "Water Warning," has been prepared for consideration by the PCWA Board of Directors. This resolution incorporates efforts supplemental to Stage 2 to strive for 32% conservation as mandated by the SWRCB.
