The project consists of the consideration, approval, and implemenation of a multi-year lease of a portion of a building (less than 50% of the footage) in a newly constructed office building which is near an existing office complex situated on Laguna Springs Drive in Elk Grove, Califonria. Approximately 38,000 gross square feet of space would be leased to house approximately 175-200 administrative and program employees of California Correctional Health Care Service (CCHCS); proposed lease area is directly adjacent to existing CCHCS offices.
