Document Description
The proposed project involves the removal and replacement of an existing
monument sign (Monument Sign -1), construction of a new monument sign (Monument Sign - 2), and installation of eight blade and eight wall signs, located at the Kona Kai Resort on Shelter Island Drive in the City of San Diego. Monument Sign - 1 will be installed on a new concrete footing and will match the silhouette of the existing monument sign. Monument Sign - 2 will be installed on a new concrete footing, at the front entrance adjacent to Monument Sign - 1. The proposed project also includes installation of eight aluminum blade and aluminum wall signs located on front entrances of buildings adjacent to the Bay and on the entry side of buildings.
